Montessori Teacher Requirements:
1) Bachelors degree in early childhood teaching, education, or a related discipline is recommended.
2) Completed training at an accredited Montessori Center.
3) Additional courses or training in education would be advantageous.
4) An ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs, and abilities.
5) Patience and excellent observational, communication, and diagnostic skills.
6) Excellent planning and organizational skills.
