Job Description

A Sharjah based Marketplace seller is looking to enhance its online business by hiring a full time Junior Marketplace Performance Specialist.

In this role, the candidate will have following job requirements:
1. Modifying the listings and optimizing them according to company's marketing strategies.
2. Enhancing product titles, descriptions, categorization, images, and keywords for optimal performance, improving page rank and sales.
3. Continually identifying and evaluating new opportunities for better product listing optimization.
4. Monitoring competitors and adjusting approach to ensure position as a category leader.
5. Conducting ongoing research to evaluate content performance and keyword optimization.
6. Create images, videos, infographics and other content needed to enhance marketplace users experience.
7. Managing Companies main social media handles to create a unified brand experience.

COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
1. Excited about building a career in eCommerce from the ground up, with growth opportunities in many directions
2. Meticulous, organized and detail-oriented in all aspects of the work
3. Very good English verbal and written communication skills
4. Good Excel skills
5. General understanding of business best practices
6. General knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces in UAE.

**Must** also have experience in running a successful business on local marketplaces
