we leading EPC Fabrication company is looking to hire a candidate for the above mentioned position.
Should have 5-7 years working experience in Engineering, Design , 3D modelling,Drafting , BOM works.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Has to have specific experience in designing and manufacturing of various pressure vessels, fuel storage tanks, pipe work, ductwork etc.
Evaluate, inspect, maintain, design, analyze and improve various types of equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment. You have to work in distinct areas, such as electrical, mechanical and providing such support to management as per requirements.
Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, assembling, and installing components.
Manage the fabrication processes A-Z, including preparation of concept designs, manufacturing drawings, materials procurement support documents, manpower planning, assembly manuals, commissioning tests, technical evaluations, along with supervising fabrication, assembly and installation.
Responsible for maintaining the fabrication facility up to industrial standards, keeping machinery clean and in working condition, maintaining an inventory tracking system, managing machinery maintenance and procurement
Analyzing and Bidding/participating for Tenders
Measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines.
Providing detailed technical reports on equipment and machinery condition, as well as operational performance.
Presenting detailed technical designs to management and clients
Writing technical reports and providing standard technical documentation as per management instructions
Providing technical advice to the engineering team, assisting in analyzing and interpreting process and performance data, providing relevant engineering insight to various departments in the company
Support the site operations team on all requests for manufacturing or modifying equipment as needed.
Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
Job Requirement & Qualification:
Specialization in Engineering Works & fabrication Drawings
Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
Experience in using AutoCAD, Solid Works or other similar software in equipment design and manufacturing at an advanced level
Strong drafting and undertaking skills in preparing technical drawings and documentation
Advanced knowledge of material properties and features
Strong computer skills (MS Office advanced user)
Strong communication and technical writing skills
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Min Experience: 5 Years
Salary : AED 5000-6000
Temp/Perm: Permanent
Location : Sharjah
