Requirement for a leading Water Bottling Company
Position: Skilled Maintenance Technician ( For Water Treatment Plant)
Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Millwright Technicians Course not less than 3 years.
Experience:
5 years in water treatment plant, preferably in potable water treatment plant.
Field of experience: Trouble shooting, Breakdown & preventive maintenance and overhauling of the equipment as below. Reading & understanding the equipment drawings and identifying the spare parts etc.
Preparing of maintenance records for ISO documentation.
Multimedia Filters, ultra Filters, Reverse Osmosis plant, Mineralization systems, ozone Generators, UV systems etc.
Multistage centrifugal pumps, Pneumatic actuators and control valves, Different type of manual valves, stainless steel & PVC piping accessories and rotary equipment alignment etc.
Desirable:
Knowledge of SCDA operating systems and in line measuring instruments like flow, Pressure, pH, Conductivity etc. will be an advantage.
Note: Expatriate must hold transferable lqama.
