Job Description:
- Track and record the Quantities for ongoing projects
- Provide advice on Contractual claims and disputes
- Negotiate contracts and work schedules
- Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction
- monitoring construction sites and meeting with clients
- Design and consider the health, Safety and welfare in projects in pre-construction, during and post construction.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and the client.
- Provide necessary awareness of various building contracts in use
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, construction or civil engineering or similar
- 2 to 5 years as Quantity Surveyor or in a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal & Negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of building and construction
- Clear understanding the implementation of Health & Safety regulations
- Analytical thinking skills
- Attention to Detail & Methodological Approach to Work
