Bachelor of Engineering from NED University or Sir Syed Engineering University with at least 20 Years of solid experience in the field of engineering and construction. Should be able to independently handle projects and should have sufficient knowledge of framework, reinforcement, mix design, concrete testing procedures, preparation of BBS, implementation of BBS in various structural members of the project in accordance with the drawings and specifications and be able to ensure the quality of works. Should have good knowledge various types of finishing materials used in high end buildings.
