Job Description

A reputable Builders and Developers is need of highly qualified technical staff for his ongoing and upcoming projects in Karachi.

PLANNING MANAGER (CIVIL).
Must be a Qualified Civil Engineer from NED University or Sir Syed Engineering University with minimum 20 Years Hands-on Experience in Planning of High-Rise Buildings / Housing Colonies etc. Additionally, shall be able to understand Contract Documents / Drawings, Plan Structural and other Civil work in coordination with the drawings independently, Prepare Bar Bending Schedule, BOQ and Site Sketches, have knowledge of Computer Software including AutoCAD etc.
