CAREER OPPORTUNITY - GENERAL MANAGER WORKS
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager Works to lead manufacturing operations of our Cement Plant located at Gharibwal, District ChakwaI.

The key responsibilities Include:
1. Overseeing production process, preventive/predictive maintenance, product quality, mining operations, workplace safety, dispatch, managing annual budgets and leading all plant departments and staff.
2. He should have leadership qualities to lead & manage E&I, Mechanical, Production, Despatch, Mining and Quality Control Teams at plant.
3. He should be cost & safety conscious and ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability across all departments of company while aligning operations with company objectives.
4. He should ensure operational improvements and efficient operations of machinery and equipment.

Candidates having engineering degree from a recognized university (preferably B.Sc Mechanical) registered with PEC.
Experience: Minimum 25 year's experience of cement industry out of which at least 03 to 05 years in a leading role.

The above post carries attractive remuneration which is commensurate to market based salary structure and other benefits as per company policy.
