Job Description

The Executive Secretary will be responsible for maintaining the Chairperson's agenda, undertaking the full range of standard administrative tasks expected in an executive office, and assisting in the planning of appointments. Board meetings and conferences etc. A typing speed of 45 WPM and above is mandatory. Computer proficiency as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

The selected candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits, commensurate with the seniority of the position and the scope of responsibilities.
