Job Description

A reputable listed company is looking for smart, competent and experienced persons for the following positions:

Company Secretary:
The candidate must be a member of a recognized institute of professional accountants or member of a recognized institute of corporate / chartered secretaries such as ICAP/ICMAP/ICSP with post qualification experience of 5 years. The candidate will be expected to maintain a cordial relationship with all external stakeholders including legal advisors, regulatory authorities (PSX, SECP, SBP, etc.). The candidate would be responsible for ensuring secretarial compliance with financial and legal requirements as well as maintaining high standards of corporate governance. The candidate is also expected to have a strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2017, Listing Regulations and other applicable Laws. Ability to effectively handle multi-tasking. A key part of the role will be to act as a point of communication between the Board of Directors and management as well as shareholders.
