Chief Financial Officer:
The candidate must be a member of recognized body of professional accountants, preferably FCA with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan with post qualification experience of minimum 15 years of which 5 years must be at a senior position in a reputable public listed company. A strong business acumen, experience in financial planning, treasury management, and audit, compliance & control and taxation matters will be preferred. Additionally, strong verbal and written communication as well as negotiation skills will be an added advantage. The candidate will be expected to maintain a cordial relationship with all external stakeholders including legal advisors, tax consultants, regulatory authorities (PSX, SECP, SBP, FBR, etc.).
