Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
daily physical cash counting and reconciliation with the system
daily reconciliation of credit card charging and its settlement
prepare daily revenue report
process batch posting, close day and reconciliation
Surprise audit of cash counters
Monthly financial schedules and its reconciliation with General Ledger
scan of Daily Credit Card slip, reconciliation of Credit MIS.
resolve Patient Query of Credit Card Refund.
deposit cash in to bank and distribute change to all cash counters
prepare billing and send to corporate client.
cheque/payment entries in the system.
Monthly and annual financial closing related activities.
Requirements:
You should have:
Bachelor degree preferably in Commerce
At least 2 years of related experience
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills
Computer skills (knowledge of computerized billing / financial system)
Ability to work in learn environment
Knowledge of Accounting systems.
