Require a qualified and an experienced Multicuisine "Chef" for a high-profile family in Oman.
Job requirements are:
Should have a minimum of 5 years of culinary experience and working in a formal household would be an asset.
Prepare and develop recipes in accordance with the family and guest's nutritional needs and dietary restrictions such as lactose and glucose intolerance.
Prepare daily meals for the family (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).
Able to cook for events and formal dinner parties.
Able to take full responsibility for the running of the kitchen and have good communication skills.
Be able to work alongside a team of household staff and as a kitchen assistant that provides highest level of service for the family.
Ensure all kitchen equipment's and appliances are kept clean and in proper working condition.
Be creative, hardworking & have exceptional standards for cleanliness, health & safety.
Role carries an excellent salary. accommodation, food, annual leave with air ticket to hometown and medical insurance as per Oman Labor law. After 3 months of completion of service full family status will be provided.
