Brooke Pakistan is a non-profit public limited (by guarantee) company functioning in Punjab, Sindh & KPK to improve the lives of working equine animals (Horse, Donkey & Mule). We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill two vacant positions of:
COMMUNITY ANIMAL HEALTH OFFICER at Multan.
Purpose:
The incumbent will facilitate the communities to follow sustainable welfare measures to improve the health and welfate of their equine animals by enhancing husbandry practices of animal owners.
Qualification, Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
Degree in DVM from an accredited university / institute. CGPA 3 or above.
Minimum three to four years post qualification working experience in large animal care, community development and facilitation.
Ability to work with the local service providers, Govt. vets & para vets to impart them training to enhance their quality of service delivery to equine animals.
Possess requisite veterinary knowledge and equine animal handling skills to provide quality veterinary services to working equines.
Excellent computer and communication skills are required.
Ability to foster good relationship with relevant government official and like minded organizations.
