Position requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience:
Preferably 10 years equivalent education with preferably 5 years relevant work experience

Skills:
Verbal and written communication skill.
Knowledge of record keeping required.
Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Time management and interpersonal skill.
Ability to solve problems.
Ability to travel in local market and capacity to work evenings and weekends as and when needed.
Driving skills would be an added benefit

Job Purpose/Summary:
The Purchase Service Supervisor is responsible for delivering items and maintaining its tracking records. He is responsible to deliver purchased items to end users. He will be acting as quality surveyor for representing purchase department.

Responsibilities:
To coordinate deliveries with department through advance intimation while counting them and conducting the role of incoming inspection
Receiving of diesel and monitoring of the decanting process in FC diesel tanks and fill in decanting check list for record
To liaison and follow up with legal or regulatory departments like excise office, custom office, shipment clearing and others falling under purchase domain
To help split air conditioners installation pre survey and measurement or checking of the fittings for reconciliation with invoice once the job complete
Supervision of the window blinds fixing jobs and measure/count the goods/services provided once the job is done and tally the invoice with delivered
Coordinating for repair jobs like sciences department equipment, damaged furniture, electric items, health center equipment repair, vehicles repair and repair service for HVAC parts and many more
Arranging rejected goods return like intimating vendor and processing necessary documentation for example returnable/non-returnable gate pass and follow up with vendors for replacement
Taking on board the vendors for claim on defective goods which are under warranty period and ensures nothing being paid for warranty services
Arranging repair of the equipment from open market or direct source/manufacture which is not under warranty
Verifying quality and quantity of F & B supplies like vegetables, meat and grocery and reporting poor quality or wrong supplies
Help billing section for maintaining and handling of record room
Keeping record of samples under lock and key
Physical work may be required depending upon delivering certain items manually to departments or moving items
Administrative tasks related to office management
Acting as runner between different departments for coordination
Performing other tasks as and when assigned by his supervisor
