CPPG is looking to hire a Research Associate for the duration of one year starting May 2022. The position is for a project, titled Juvenile Justice Act of Pakistan 2018: Assessment, Analysis and Capacity Building.
Responsibilities of the Research Associate include conducting a literature review, data collection, assisting the research lead in conducting interviews, carrying out focus group discussions, transcribing data, and arranging policy dialogues and training.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
We are looking for critical thinking professionals who are research oriented, have excellent writing skills and can work independently.
A Social Sciences major preferably Political Science or Public Policy
A Foreign MA/MPhil Degree
Strong knowledge of Research Methods
Excellent English Writing skills
Excellent MS Word and Internet Researching skills
Willingness to visit jails and juvenile justice facilities
Recommended Skills:
Econometric analysis and SPSS skills
