We are looking for a Manager Operations to oversee the overall operations of our housing society, ensuring the smooth delivery of services, maintenance, and amenities to our residents.
Job Location: Pace Woodlands Housing Society, Bedian Road, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the society's daily operations, including maintenance, security, and amenities.
Supervise and coordinate with various teams, including engineering, Gardening, and housekeeping.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and society by-laws.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance resident satisfaction.
Manage budgets, vendors, and contractors.
Foster strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders
Oversee and ensure efficient recovery of service charges from residents, including invoicing, follow-up, and reconciliation.
Well organized, cooperative, a problem solver who is capable of working under pressure
Ensure the society’s common areas and facilities are clean and well maintained, including:
Coordinating cleaning schedule and supervising cleaning staff.
Performing regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repair work.
