Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager - Building Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our corporate office building. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all facilities, staff, and services while driving operational efficiency and ensuring a superior tenant and visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all daily operations, including facility management, maintenance and staff coordination.
Manage building systems such as electrical, firefighting, escalators, elevators etc. and promptly address tenant concerns.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and fully functional environment.
Collaborate with the security team to ensure safety for all tenants and visitors.
Prepare and monitor budgets, control operational costs, and manage relevant financial processes.
Oversee operational teams (security, maintenance, janitorial) and coordinate staff training and performance.
Coordinate with marketing for building events, promotions, and initiatives to enhance tenant/visitor engagement.
Ensure timely rent and service charge recovery while maintaining accurate tenancy and rental records.
Support and lead promotional campaigns aligned with sales and marketing strategies.
Enhance and maintain occupancy of the building
