Legal Affairs Officer
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors in Law or equivalent.
Requisite Experience and Skills:
3 - 5 years of experience in law firm or private sector or NGO. Candidate must have excellent drafting skills. Should review and provide legal advice on MOUs, contracts and tender documents. Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly. Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers and represent Institution in legal matters.
