Responsibilities:
Supervise the activity of Batch Preparation of Pasteurized and Homogenized Milk.
Complying with all the required reporting, Documentation & Regulatory Products as per company requirements and SOP's
Ensure the CIP (Cleaning In Pipeline) process off all equipment's.
To operate the pasteurize according to required parameters.
Have experience to deal with Government Authorities Relating Food PSQCA, Punjab Food Authority.
Experience Minimum 15 years.
