Job Description

Required Finance Executive in Office of Accounting & Finance
Reports to: Assistant Manager Finance/Manager Finance

Supervising responsibility: None

Minimum Education and Experience:
ACCA / CIMA preferably with two years of experience in financial planning, budget, and analysis
Part qualified ACCA (maximum two papers remaining) may also be considered as Finance Assistant

Skills:
MS Office (advanced Excel)
Accounting systems (preferably ERP)
Business Intelligence Tools
Analytical Skills

Job Purpose/Summary:
Preparing financial analysis and projections by collecting and studying data and recommending actions for decision making.

Responsibilities:
Facilitation of other departments in preparation of their annual budgets.
Preparing the annual budget of the organization.
Uploading approved original budgets and adjustments thereof in the system.
Preparing and monitoring budget vs actual during the year.
Prepare financial projections and valuations and develop financial models.
Preparation/development of the feasibility reports (Cost analysis, Historical analysis, Scenario Analysis, etc.) to aid management in decision making.
Identify qualitative factors via PEST, SWOT, and Project SWOT and highlight critical issues.
Prepare reports on actual cash flow results in comparison with forecasts and recommend actions if any.
Preparing the monthly financial reports and commentary on financial performance including historical financial data, and operational and sector analysis.
Prepare department and program-wise cost/revenue analysis.
Develop the methodology for overhead tracking and allocation between departments and programs.
Any other task/analysis as and when required by the management.
