Law Officer / Senior Law Officer required.
A growing Group / Organization requires a Bi-lingual experienced legal professional.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee legal section, ensure compliance with all applicable laws, deal with all legal issues including Private / Oil Sector / Kuwaitisation labour law related issues, maintain working relationships with external govt / judicial agencies, ensure proper representation in all legal proceedings, Negotiate effectively on behalf of the company & defend the cases effectively, Keep the Management and all concerned updated on the issues.
Qualifications:
A law degree and at least 5 years' experience in the legal department. Proficient in both Arabic and English (Verbal & Written), Sound knowledge of Kuwait Labour Laws - Private / Oil Sector including Kuwaitisation Laws, Experience in dealing with Kuwait Labour Law issues, Good written and verbal communications skills, use of computer systems, Good organisational skills, High level of integrity and professional accountability.
