Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role.
Understanding of business functions such as HR, Marketing, and strongly Finance.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/ operation metrics, dealing with insurance companies.
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures and Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success.
Working knowledge of IT/ Business infrastructure and MS Office.
