Candidate must have at least 5 years experience in Quality Control & amp; Assurance in the Food Industry ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, Candidates must have knowledge of all relevant food safety legislation and regulations. Candidates with advanced knowledge of ServSafe, FDA & USDA regulations and work experience with US Government Prime Contractors would be preferred.
