Job Description

Islamabad Club invites energetic and motivated professionals to apply for the following position:

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize, plan, schedule assign and supervise the engineering department staff.
Oversee the maintenance tasks, work orders and special projects ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the Club through implementation of periodic maintenance schedules for the areas related to Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Water treatment, Fire Safety etc
Ensure, proper records are kept relating to all plant and equipment for the Club, and that stores have adequate stocks of materials, equipment, tools, kept in a clean and safe environment.
Provide training to staff on supplies, inventory, maintenance and ordering procedures also train them on correct maintenance procedures and assists in repairs as needed.

Qualification:
B.E Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in one hundred thousand square feet building maintenance or any other reputed organization.

Skills Required:
The position require leadership qualities, strong analytical skills and extensive knowledge of all aspects of maintenance operations, must have knowledge of PPRA Rules, excellent verbal and written communication and able to meet deadlines.
The age and qualification criteria may be relaxed for candidates having ample experience in the relevant fields. The Club reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
