The Aga Khan University Hospital invites application for the position of Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
supervise all billing, admission and cash activities
liaison with other departments including PBSD main campus for finalizing of inpatient & SDC bills.
review of DSR (Deposit Status Report) on daily basis.
daily checking of exceptions of inpatient.
monitor the patient queries related to billing and corporate customers.
all refund cases handling - self pay and panel companies.
monitor the ancillary systems for charge transfer and executing BCP in downtime
Requirements:
You should have:
a Bachelors degree, preferably Masters degree
2-3 years of relevant work experience
sound knowledge of overall financial systems.
strong interpersonal skills.
strong analytical and writing skills.
proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
cash handling skills
time flexibility (available for shift duties)
