We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to play a key rote in supporting our customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and address customer concerns promptly.
- Review and manage tender submissions. ensuring alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare service agreements and sales quotations, tailored to customer needs and specifications.
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all records are accurate and current
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently white meeting deadline in a dynamic work environment
- Handle administrative responsibilities. including invoicing. payment tracking, and other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and mufti-tasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Le. Word. Excel. Outlook) and CRM systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE).
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
