Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Clerk to assist with inventory control, recordkeeping, and logistics support in our Dubai warehouse. The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate documentation, efficient storage, and smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movement.
Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping.
Prepare and print shipping labels, invoices, and packing lists.
Monitor stock replenishment and report shortages.
Ensure proper labeling, sorting, and storing of goods.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and transport teams.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics training is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or clerical roles.
Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
Good English communication and basic math skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties.
