Job Description

Required Timekeeper
Maintains a record of actual time of stay of employees at the enterprise, monitors their timely arrival at work, stay at work and exit from work
Makes the appropriate marks in table and daily compiles reports summary on attendance at work, lateness and absence, indicating their reasons, keeps records of list of employees,
Systematically makes changes related to registration of reception of employees of enterprise, transfers, dismissals, granting them leave, etc.
Controls the timeliness of submission by employees of certificates of temporary incapacity for work, certificates of care for patients and other documents confirming the right to their absence from work.
According to established procedure, he submits a report card, which contains information about the actual time worked, overtime hours, violations of labor discipline, etc.
Regulations, instructions, other guidance materials and regulations on record keeping
Work shift schedules and working hours at the enterprise and its divisions
