Job Description:
To understand the operational capacity of the machines deployed at customer location to use while doing my job.
Ensuring to greet the customers with courtesy and respect.
Count (cash & coins) using notes/coins counting equipment under CCTV surveillance.
Tallying notes/coins with the figures mentioned against slips/counter slips to ensure there is no discrepancy.
Preparing daily cash/reconciliation reports and in agreed formats.
Report any captured discrepancies to the supervisor or Operations Manager.
Follow instructions of the supervisor as well as the set SOPs
Prepare discrepancy reports as well as all supporting documents whenever there is an issue noticed in the cash.
