Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
Direct calls to appropriate individuals or departments.

Take and relay accurate messages when necessary.
Maintain an updated internal directory of staff and departments.
Handle emergency calls and procedures according to company protocols.
Monitor and operate switchboard or multi-line phone systems.
Log and report any communication system issues.
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry or filing as needed.
