Secretary / Receptionist Required

Responsibilities
-Screening and routing calls to appropriate staff, taking
messages, and greeting visitors.
-Processing fax transmittals and receipts; processing incoming/outgoing mail, including express and parcel shipments; distributing/circulating internal documents; and mailing publications upon request.
-Preparation of correspondence and filing.
-Arrange international and domestic travel of the executive officers of the company.
-Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed
-Update mail/phone directories
-Assist in other duties as needed and directed.

Salary: AED 3000-3500
