Job Description

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused School Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
Handle student attendance records, visitor logs, and appointment scheduling
Provide accurate information regarding school services and procedures
Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Support daily administrative and clerical tasks
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
