A company in Dubai, representing a large group of companies, has a vacancy for a Project Manager in the field of innovative, eco-friendly real estate development, organic products and a healthy lifestyle. Interesting work on the project of the future.
We are looking for:
A manager with experience in organizing the construction and sale of real estate objects in a new project (off-plan), building relationships with developers, construction organizations, municipal and state bodies, creating a team to promote the project to the market from scratch. Experience in the field of real estate, retail trade, the introduction of organic products to the market is an additional advantage.
Requirements for the candidate:
* Ability to work independently, proactively, under the pressure of tasks and limited deadlines.
* Draw up a work plan, manage its implementation, and achieve the goals set.
* Work in cooperation with other teams, help each other, coordinate actions.
* Be fluent in English, be able to write competently, make presentations, conduct negotiations.
* Have a UAE drivers license
* Experience of implemented projects is mandatory!!!
