Urgently Required Project Engineer - Dubai (UAE)
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer
Requirements:
Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work.
Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment
Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, monitoring subcontractors.
Check design documents with Architects, Surveyors and Engineers
Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed
Developing and reviewing Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical work activities
Communicate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
Ability to deal with conflict in a constructive manner.
Developing and managing detailed budgets and schedules.
Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.
Experience with subcontractor management
