Job Description

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
2. Assist in day-to-day administrative support to departments.
3. Handle document delivery, banking tasks, and pick-up/drop-off duties as assigned.
4. Drive company vehicle for office errands, deliveries, or staff transportation when required.
5. Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
6. Ensure cleanliness and organization of office areas.
7. Support in organizing meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating logistics.
8. Follow safety regulations and maintain the vehicle in good condition.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and well-presented.
