Job Description

We are looking for a Office Assistant with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills; written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Assist guests and visitors.
Provide general operational, administrative assistance and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Maintain appropriate filing system.
Keeps track of incoming and outgoing stocks, materials and products.
Maintain records of goods and supplies updated.
Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
Coordinate with company staff.
