Job Description

We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator for Pharmaceutical Company based in Dubai.

Job Description:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Responsible for accounts and finance management
Support budgeting procedures
Create and update records, financial and other data
Submit timely reports and SOA
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 2 years UAE experience as an Office Administrator
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
