Maintain and manage CRM and the company website in general
Handling online portals for marketing and advertising
Listing/Editing properties on Property Portals with good knowledge of this duty.
Manage and update platforms like Propspace, Propertyfinder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.
Answer all external calls and forward it to the relevant agents.
Dealing with email & walk-in client inquiries
Drafting real estate contracts and agreements.
Managing a client database and preparing reports.
Preparing real estate forms and documents.
Responsible for handling the accounts.
Managing Social Media Networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Performing other duties as assigned.
Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management.
