Job Description

Legal Administrator Job Responsibilities:
Prepares legal correspondence and documentation.
Provides administrative and secretarial support.
Schedules meetings and depositions, answers phones, and maintains digital and physical records.
Manages the day-to-day operations of the office.
Manages schedules and appointments including meetings and travel.
Participates in strategic planning process with management to identify and accomplish organizational goals.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees to the firm
Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports.
Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
