We are hiring IT Support Staff for a growing company in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate when necessary
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation and inventory
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Windows, MS Office, printers, and basic networking
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related field preferred
