Should have at least 3-5 years of experienced in MEP HVAC Engineer for FITOUT works, especially F&B restaurants that requires different type of exhaust systems for selections as per required design.
Review, check and supervise the fabrication and install HVAC mechanical equipment at Site as per Client requirements in both large and small projects.
Consult and checking of on HVAC system and equipment design for a wide range of projects as needed to create and/or modify the design.
Develop and oversee all aspects of production including selection of HVAC equipment, Duct fabrication, testing, and implementation of systems.
Prepare Material List per project as per required materials.
Serve as Project Leader to coordinate with Project Managers, MEP Coordinator, Client and Supplier during the project phases.
Designation of team as per site and project requirements.
Can able to meet and allocated expenses as per budget for each project site.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Punctual and able to meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Bachelors degree plus experience in the HVAC engineering industry
