Maintain employee records and HR documents
Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Support in performance management and staff evaluations
Ensure company policies are followed
Assist in organizing training and development programs
Coordinate with departments for HR-related matters
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Previous experience in HR (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of HR policies and UAE labor law
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
