We are looking for HR Administration Officer

Requirements:
*Any Bachelor Degree
*with minimum experience of 5 years as HR Admin.
*Should be proficient in microsoft office specially in Excel.

Brief Job Description:
*Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
*Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
*Assist in the recruitment process
Liaise with recruitment agencies
*Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
*Other task will be assign as per Management advise.
