Job Description

Hotel and restaurant staff play essential roles in ensuring guests and customers have a pleasant experience. Their duties vary based on their position, but they all contribute to smooth operations and excellent service. Here's an overview of key roles:

Hotel Staff
Front Desk Receptionist: Greets guests, checks them in/out, handles reservations, and assists with inquiries.

Concierge: Provides guests with information about the hotel and local attractions, books transportation, and arranges special requests.

Housekeeping Staff: Cleans and maintains guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment.

Room Service Attendant: Delivers food and beverages to guests in their rooms.

Hotel Manager: Oversees hotel operations, manages staff, handles guest relations, and ensures overall quality service.

Bellhop/Porter: Assists guests with luggage, escorts them to rooms, and provides general assistance.
