We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends and provide forecasts
Prepare financial models, variance analysis, and monthly management reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance
Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct risk assessments
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial insights
Assist with preparation of presentations and reports for senior management
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial metrics
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
2-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and modeling techniques
Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
