Delegate floor staff duties and responsibilities in lieu of the manager
Oversee all front of the house restaurant operations
Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally *
Maintain quality control for all food served
Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experience
Project future needs for goods, bar supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
Supports cashier, hostess and floor staff when needed.
Constantly and independently learning and developing knowledge related to the business
Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers and therapists
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
