We are looking for an enthusiastic person as a Document Collector and File Administrative. The main role is to communicate and guide each assigned client to gather all the necessary documentation required for the specific citizenship or residency application and subsequently submit it to the relevant Government.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Able to inspire confidence and build relationships.
Ability to work in a team and to interact with other professionals.
Polite and with good manners. Used to deal with HNWIs.
Ability to organize and respond in situations of high demand.
Autonomy and ability to assume responsibilities.
Personal skills required
Great English communication skills both verbally, face to face and on the telephone, as well as perfect writing skills.
Confidence liaising and communicating with clients, colleagues, and individuals
Proactive problem solving and proficient managing workloads
Attention to detail and being highly organized are a must
Thorough follow-up skills and practice
