We are looking for Customer Service cum Accounts Assistant to be assigned in DUBAI
Handles first level customer inquiries either face to face or over the phone.
Knowledge in ZOHO or Quickbooks is an advantage
Prepare and record accurately job orders, sales invoices and collections
Oversee billing and receive payment from customer
Monitors office supplies stock and groceries items.
Makes sure the sales team follows the standard price and discount policies.
Performs daily sales and cash closing activity as per the company standard operating procedures.
Manages and answers first level customers needs, concerns, inquiries and complaints, and reports them to the manager.
