Inspection / supervising of project activities/works.
Highly experienced in Total Station and their associated software.
Use of AutoCAD and other related software.
Conduct physical site surveys using a variety of equipment and tools.
Prepare sketches and notes, and perform electronic data collection.
Coordinate field staff and process field data.
Interface with civil engineers, landscape architects, cartographers, or urban planners.
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
Calculate areas of land parcels and easements using mathematics and computer software.
Research previous survey evidence, including maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys.
Prepare site surveying documents and present findings to clients.
Work in conjunction with engineers to solve project design problems, performing basic design calculations as required.
Work under the direction of the Project Manager
Conduct technical, feasibility studies and site investigations
Liaison with teams working remotely from other parts of the world to facilitate completion of tasks, and projects.
Good communicator.
Complete all work in line with DDDC Core Values and in accordance with the DDDC Quality Systems and Project Quality Procedures.
Other duties as requested from time to time by the Construction Head/Engineering Head
The ability to manage a heavy workload, with close attention to detail.
The ability to work autonomously, reviewing your work on a regular basis while consistently meeting your objectives and the capabilities to meet tight deadlines.

A flexible approach to working hours and travel; with occasional weekend work required.
Diploma in Land Surveying
Minimum 15 years experience in a similar level role, preferably high-rise buildings in the GCC, Full and complete knowledge of existing infrastructure and networks in Dubai, UAE.
